A real technician for Kelowna, not a ticket number.

When your laptop dies the night before a deadline, the last thing you want is to drive to a big-box store, take a number, and leave your machine for a week. I am a local, owner-operated technician serving Kelowna directly, so you deal with the person actually fixing your computer.

Cracked screens, dead batteries, viruses, slow performance, failing drives, or a custom build, I handle it with upfront flat-rate pricing and most repairs back the same or next day. The $40 diagnostic tells you exactly what is wrong, and it comes right off your bill when you go ahead.

Big-box stores in Kelowna charge around $50 just to look, and keep it. Mine comes right off your repair, and most jobs are back the same or next day.

Lower prices than the big-box stores.

Most repairs cost $50 to $150 less than the big-box chains, because you are dealing with me directly, not a sales floor with a repair desk attached. Honest, upfront, flat-rate pricing every time.

For once you can trust a Google review rating! Bryce fixed my new screwed up(self inflicted) laptop in just over an hour and he tailored it to my needs. I drove down from Vernon and will be again next week with some other laptops that need looking at. Definitely give this business a chance

Computer repair in Kelowna, answered.

How much does computer repair cost?
Most repairs land between $60 and $150, billed at a fair $60 an hour or a simple flat rate, always less than the big-box stores. You start with a flat $40 diagnostic that tells you exactly what is wrong, and that $40 comes right off your bill when you go ahead. You always get an upfront price before any work begins.
Do you charge to diagnose my computer?
Yes, a flat $40, and it is credited to your repair if you proceed. Big-box stores typically charge around $50 just to look at it and keep the fee. Yours comes back to you.
How fast can you fix it?
Most repairs are done the same or next day. You are dealing with me directly, not a ticket queue, so there is no shipping your device out for a week or two.
Do you repair laptops, desktops and Macs?
All three. Laptops, desktops and Macs, for everything from cracked screens and dead batteries to viruses, slow performance and failing drives.
Can you recover my photos and files?
Often, yes. I recover data from failing or dead drives and can set up a backup so it does not happen again. If a drive is recoverable, the files that have no price tag are exactly what I focus on saving.
Is it worth repairing, or should I just buy new?
I will tell you honestly. There are no upsell quotas here, so when a repair makes sense, I say so, and often it saves you hundreds versus replacing the machine. When it genuinely is not worth it, I will tell you that too.
Where are you located, and do you come to me?
I am based in Lake Country and serve the whole North Okanagan, including Kelowna and Vernon. Both drop-off and in-home visits are available.
