All three. Laptops, desktops and Macs, for everything from cracked screens and dead batteries to viruses, slow performance and failing drives.
Can you recover my photos and files?
Often, yes. I recover data from failing or dead drives and can set up a backup so it does not happen again. If a drive is recoverable, the files that have no price tag are exactly what I focus on saving.
Is there a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Every repair comes with a 30-day warranty on the work I did. If the same problem comes back within 30 days, bring it in and I will make it right at no extra charge. Honest work means standing behind it.
Is it worth repairing, or should I just buy new?
I will tell you honestly. There are no upsell quotas here, so when a repair makes sense, I say so, and often it saves you hundreds versus replacing the machine. When it genuinely is not worth it, I will tell you that too.
